Peanut Butter Protein Cup
Ingredients:
- Micro Ingredients® Peanut Powder
- Micro Ingredients® Organic MCT Oil
- Chocolate Chips
- Water
Directions:

Combine ½ cup Peanut Powder, 2 tbsp MCT Oil, and ¼ cup water until smooth.
- Melt ½ cup chocolate chips in the microwave or over a double boiler.
- Pour a thin layer of melted chocolate into muffin liners and freeze for 20-30 minutes.
- Add a spoonful of peanut butter mixture, then cover with another layer of melted chocolate.
- Freeze for 30-50 minutes until fully set. Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before eating. Enjoy!
