Shipping Policy
Our free shipping applies to any order of a subtotal of at least $59. To qualify, assure you have reached a subtotal of at least $59 before tax and after any discount that may be applied to your order. Otherwise, standard shipping rates will apply, starting at $5.99-$12.95 varying based on the total weight of your order.
Once orders are placed, they are immediately sent to our fulfillment center to be packaged and shipped. Due to this, we are unable to guarantee any cancellation or update of address for any orders once they have been placed. Subscription orders that are not canceled or skipped prior to shipping are not eligible for a refund. If you purchased through a different retailer or e-retailer, please contact them directly and refer to their return policy.
Micro Ingredients will not be held responsible for any additional customs, import fees, or tax charges that may be applied upon your destination end.
Domestic shipping will generally take about 7-10 business days but may be subject to change based on holidays, weather, etc. For damaged, lost, or stolen packages, Micro Ingredients will not be held accountable for delayed shipping once your order has been dispatched.
Non-Continental U.S. Address
At this time, Micro Ingredients does not offer shipping to international locations or U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and others. However, for customers outside the continental United States, we recommend purchasing through our trusted partner, iHerb, which offers international shipping options.
Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Our warehouse must receive the return within 14 days of the authorization.
Our 30-day refund guarantee is valid only for U.S. customers who purchased products from our official Shopify website.
Refund Policy for Returned Product(s):
- Refunds are only issued for items that were successfully delivered to our return center.
- Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable for returns where the order was successfully delivered to the customer.
- Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any claims of shortage, damage, or missing scoops must be made within 7 days of receiving the package. We kindly ask that you retain both the product and its packaging while we review your requests, as they may be needed for further analysis or investigation. Our team will promptly assess the situation and assist you accordingly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
For exchange requests, please provide a detailed reason along with photos if possible. The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the original product. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
