Matcha Pudding

Ingredients:
- Micro Ingredients® Organic Ceremonial Matcha Powder
- Micro Ingredients® Beef Gelatin Powder
- Micro Ingredients® Allulose Sweetener
- Milk
Directions:
- In a cup, combine Beef Gelatin Powder and ¼ cup milk together. Set aside for 5 minutes.

In a saucepan, add Organic Ceremonial Matcha Powder, 2 cups milk and Allulose Sweetener and stir well until dissolved.

Add the gelatin mixture and stir well, then pour into serving cups.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set. Enjoy chilled!
