Matcha Pudding




Ingredients:

  • Micro Ingredients® Organic Ceremonial Matcha Powder
  • Micro Ingredients® Beef Gelatin Powder
  • Micro Ingredients® Allulose Sweetener
  • Milk

Directions:

  1. In a cup, combine Beef Gelatin Powder and ¼ cup milk together. Set aside for 5 minutes.

  2. In a saucepan, add Organic Ceremonial Matcha Powder, 2 cups milk and Allulose Sweetener and stir well until dissolved.

  3. Add the gelatin mixture and stir well, then pour into serving cups.

  4. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set. Enjoy chilled!
