Vegan Nacho Sauce

Ingredients:
- Micro Ingredients® Organic Fortified/Non-Fortified Nutritional Yeast Flake
- Micro Ingredients® Organic Lemon Juice Powder
- Micro Ingredients® Organic Garlic Powder
- Micro Ingredients® Organic Turmeric Powder
- Micro Ingredients® Smoked Paprika
- Raw Cashew & Salt
- Water
Directions:
- In a bowl, place 1 cup raw cashews and cover them with hot water. Let them soak for 30-60 minutes until softened, then drain.
- Add soaked cashews, 2~3 tbsp Organic Fortified/Non-Fortified Nutritional Yeast Flake, 1 tsp Organic Garlic Powder, 1 tsp Organic Lemon Juice Powder, ½ tsp Organic Turmeric Powder, ½ tsp Smoked Paprika, ½ tsp salt, and ¼ cup water to a blender.
- Blend until smooth, add more water as needed to reach your desired consistency.
- Heat the sauce in a saucepan over medium heat for 2–3 minutes.
- Serve over nachos, tacos, or your favorite dish. Enjoy!
