Chaga Chocolate Covered Strawberries



Ingredients:

  • Micro Ingredients® Organic Chaga Mushroom Powder
  • Micro Ingredients® Organic MCT Oil Powder
  • Dark Chocolate Chips
  • Strawberries 

Directions:

  1. Wash the strawberries and pat them dry with a paper towel. Set aside.

  2. Melt 1 cup dark chocolate chips using a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.

  3. Add 1 tsp Organic Chaga Mushroom Powder and 1 tbsp Organic MCT Oil Powder into the melted chocolate and mix until fully combined.

  4. Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chaga-infused chocolate, swirling to coat evenly. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off.

  5. Place the coated strawberries on a parchment-lined tray. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens. Enjoy!
